About Founder

Rachna Lachke Bagwe is a passionate entrepreneur, social influencer, and Founder of Rachna Arts & Creations (Rac Media). With a strong academic background in management and rural development, she combines knowledge with grassroots impact. She has dedicated her journey to empowering women, guiding self-help groups and small businesses in branding, marketing, and digital growth.

As an entrepreneur, Rachna has been instrumental in organizing business seminars, awards, and initiatives that highlight and celebrate successful brands across Maharashtra. Her commitment to financial literacy and entrepreneurship has touched thousands of lives. She also holds a world record for consistently creating and sharing inspiring business & personal stories.
